I’m a Korean teacher based in the Netherlands 🇳🇱.
Over the past two years, I’ve taught more than 800 Korean lessons through various language-learning platforms. I understand how challenging it can be to learn a new language, especially if your native language is European.
My teaching style is structured, organized, and fun, with plenty of games and speaking exercises. Sounds fun, right?

My background story
was born and raised in Gwangju, South Korea, and lived there for 27 years. When I was 20, I moved to Seoul and spent my entire twenties in the Hongdae area — one of the most fun and creative neighborhoods in the city! 🎶✨
So if you ever want tips about great restaurants or hidden spots in Seoul, I’ve got plenty to share. 🍜🎨
I moved to the Netherlands quite recently, but I still visit Korea once a year to see family, friends, and — of course — eat all my favorite food!
Before becoming a Korean teacher, I worked as a marketer for a healthcare service app made for foreigners living in Korea. That experience opened my eyes to the real challenges expats face — language barriers, culture shocks, and little everyday things that are easy to miss.
Now, I bring that understanding and care into my lessons.
My goal is to help you not only learn Korean, but also feel confident and connected to Korean culture and daily life.

I lived in Australia for a year and am currently living in the Netherlands. This experience helps me connect with people from all over the world, just like you! 🌍💛
