Cancellation Policy

1. 개인 수업 환불 정책 (Refund Policy for 1:1 Lessons) • 수업 시작 전 (Before the Program Begins) ◦ 수업 하루 전까지 취소 시: 전액 환불 (Full refund available if canceled by the day before the course begins) • 수업 시작 후 (After the Program Begins) ◦ 남은 수업 횟수에 해당하는 금액은 전액 환불됩니다. (Any unused lessons will be fully refunded) ◦ 개인 사정으로 인해 수업 일정을 변경하거나 연기해야 하는 경우, 최소 수업 하루 전에 강사에게 미리 알려야 합니다. 당일 취소 시 해당 수업은 소진 처리되며, 수업료는 환불되지 않습니다. (If you need to reschedule or postpone a class for personal reasons, please notify the instructor at least one day in advance. Same-day cancellations will be counted as used and will not be refunded.) 2. 그룹 수업 환불 정책 (Refund Policy for Group Lessons) • 수업 시작 전 (Before the Course Begins) ◦ 수업 하루 전까지 취소 시: 전액 환불 (Full refund available if canceled by the day before the course starts) • 수업 시작 후 (After the Course Begins) ◦ 전체 수업 시간의 1/3 이내 취소 시: 수강료의 50% 환불 (50% refund if canceled before one-third of the course has been completed) ◦ 전체 수업 시간의 1/3 경과 후: 환불 불가 (No refund after one-third of the course duration has passed) • 최소 인원 미달로 인한 수업 취소 시, 전액 환불됩니다. (If the class is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, a full refund will be issued.) ◦ 그룹 수업은 최소 2명의 등록생이 있어야 개설됩니다. 개강 이후 수강생이 중도 탈락하여 1명만 남을 경우, 남은 수업은 시간 축소 형태로 해당 월 동안 진행됩니다. (Group classes require a minimum of two students to open. If only one student remains after others withdraw, the remaining classes for that month will continue with a shortened duration.) • 천재지변, 강사 건강 등의 불가피한 사유로 일정이 변경될 경우, 전액 환불 또는 대체 일정이 제공됩니다. (If unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or instructor health issues lead to schedule changes, a full refund or rescheduled class will be offered.)
